PawTrade is an independent sourcing and coordination service based in China. This policy applies to mypawtrade.com, sourcing inquiry forms, email communications, and related business records.
2. Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry or communicate with us, we may collect:
- Your name, business email address, company name, and country.
- Product details, quantities, specifications, target prices, packaging needs, and destination information you choose to provide.
- Technical security information such as a hashed IP address, request time, Cloudflare country code, and referring page.
- Email correspondence and records of your communication preferences, including unsubscribe or do-not-contact requests.
Do not send sensitive personal data, government identification numbers, payment card details, or confidential third-party information through the general inquiry form.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide requested sourcing support.
- To prepare supplier comparisons, samples, inspections, and related project communication.
- To maintain accurate business records and follow up on active conversations.
- To protect the website, prevent abuse, and enforce communication preferences.

We do not sell personal information, use it for unrelated advertising, or add inquiry contacts to marketing lists without an lawful basis and any consent required by applicable law.

PawTrade works with international clients and service providers. Information may be processed outside your country. We take reasonable steps to use providers and contractual or legal mechanisms appropriate to the transfer.
7. Retention
- Website inquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months unless they become an active project.
- Active project and transaction records may be kept for the period needed to deliver the service and meet legal or accounting obligations.
- Unsubscribe, rejection, hard-bounce, and complaint records may be retained in minimized form so that future communications can be suppressed.
- Security rate-limit records are short-lived.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We may need to verify your identity and retain information necessary to honor a suppression request or comply with law.

The current website does not set non-essential advertising cookies. Hosting and security providers may process technical request data to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and provide aggregate performance information.
11. Security
We use access controls, encrypted HTTPS, limited retention, rate limiting, and minimized storage. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so please avoid sending unnecessary confidential information.
